The first giveaway on Stovetop Revolution has arrived!
This week I have a brand-spanking-new copy of the Women's Weekly High Tea hardcover cookbook valued at over $30, to award to one lucky reader. Inside, there is literally a whole chapter dedicated to scones, heaven! I'm actually rather sad to be giving it away.
To win a copy of this stunning book that every girl should have on her shelves, leave a comment on this post telling me your secret to a perfect high tea. The most creative comment will win and you can bake fairy cakes and scones until the end of time. Anyone can enter, I will post worldwide. The winner will be announced on Friday 18 February.
Good luck!

ReplyDeleteThrow in some some feminine dresses, an abundance of flowers, some calming tea and a selection of your favourite girlies to spill all the latest gossip and you have yourself a perfect high tea!
Ok girls. This is an old family recipe so I would appreciate if you don't spread it around but this is the perfect recipe for a stunning and fun high tea:
ReplyDelete1 part flower
5 part French Champagne to loosen the mixture
3 part smiles to add sweetness
4 parts girls in gorgeous frocks
and the secret ingredient is a couple of gays sprinkled on top to get the party going.
You just need to mix all these ingredients together in a well ventilated and styled environment. Fun fun fun - ohhh I can't wait.
scones aren't scones without gays!
